In 1995, I have been acquainted with Alibek. We went to school No 132 in 10 "B" class. From first day of acquaintance with Ali, we became friends. Ali always was quiet (not disputed), cheerful, even when something discomposed it laughed the matter off. At it the fine opera voice - it was and two our schoolmates sang a song "Heart of a beauty " so, that them asked to sing once again, it was super! Ali always spoke - "At me a musical neck ", it was ridiculous, as she at it was long. Has flown by 2 years and we have together acted in SGU on a faculty of law. Alibek for years of study in University became more adult, more seriously, but thus remained kind, cheerful and sympathetic, with the big hopes for the future.

In 1997, having acted in SGU, I have met Phillip. It differed from all the appearance: high, long light hair accurately collected in braid, the dark clothes, the blinked sight and a cheerful smile. In its character were two different types: quiet, weighing each word and explosive emotional, connected among themselves cheerful nature. At us with Phillip was much in common - in interests, in outlooks on life, in music, yes in many respects. In total to not transfer, that was. I remember on one of tests, it sat behind of me and beat motive of any composition a leg on a chair and the handle on a writing-book - thought what to answer. It did not prevent me and even it was pleasant, but the some people irritated, when it asked to cease to knock the handle, it ceased, but continued beat the leg... For some reason it has amused me.

In SGU and Phillip and Alibek have become friends - I became the witness of two different histories which have merged in one tragedy. They had about what we cannot forget. The friendship of these two guys remains at me in heart forever. With them, it was good, cheerful and interesting to me. For me they are alive, as somewhere in the other city live, work, not enough time for a meeting with me that is all is simple at them.

I love you guys strongly-is strong and sometime we necessarily shall meet!

As it is poorly possible to put words. In addition, to tell it would be desirable much. However, why that is to be spoken no about sad at all. Likely, it is weakness. Likely, it is weakness personally mine. Because it is difficult for me to understand and speak about death. It is difficult for me to understand death of friends. It is difficult for me to understand death of young people.

I studied in parallel group of our university at the same faculty as Alibek and Phillip. We were not close friends. More likely, even we were simply students of one university sometimes crossed on offsets, tests. Phillip was the appreciable young man, its strong rocker's step I have noted at once. As always paid attention to people of such character, such outlook on life.

Alibek to me always saw especially constrained and extremely correct young man. In fact, it also was such. Their strong friendship would not notice, probably, only lazy. To us all would will learn at them coasted - so to be friends. I remember how all of us together handed over offset on TGP at Svetlana Pavlovny's Frost as sat on five floors on a ladder. As asked again each other who and on what question has filled up offset. Laughed, experienced, prepared for protection of degree work, planned for final evening, and nobody could think, that in any year there will be this tragedy.

More than one year has passed after this terrible tragedy, which pushed to shock of everyone who knew about, except for itself murderer. And it frightens. The life frightens of the injustice. Why Phillip? In fact at all about him only kind memoirs. I with pride can tell. That knew this kind person, beautiful not only externally, but also internally. So for, what to him and his parents such punishment? And why the murderer is not punished? And if the life frightens of the injustice our state frightens of the loyalty to infringe of the law. The murderer should carry punishment as impunity can cause the following crime.
